RETURN POLICY
Each piece is unique and handcrafted. I take care in presenting the products' true colors, however, colors may appear slightly different in photos than they do in real life. Usually the pieces are more vibrant and have more depth than what is shown in the photos. Though I pay incredible attention to detail and only sell finished piece's that I would be proud to own myself, small imperfections may occur due to the nature of working with resin. If you have any issues with your purchased piece, please reach out immediately. My goal is for you to love and cherish your purchased artwork/home decor for many years to come! If you have any issues with your purchase, I am more than happy to help make things right!
RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please reach out to us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGE
Please inspect your purchase upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We do everything we can to ensure your items or artwork are packaged extremely well to prevent damage, but understand that sometimes damage during shipping can occur. Please contact us right away if this is the case. Requests for refunds or exchanges due to shipping damage will not be accepted if initiated more than 10 days after your purchase has been delivered.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Artwork or purchases that are damaged from misuse or improper care are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Please read the Care + Cleaning guidelines for your purchased item carefully. We cannot accept returns on sale items, used items or gift cards.
