SHIPPING POLICY

All orders for finished products posted for sale on our website are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Custom orders will ship as soon as the item or artwork has fully cured and is safe to be packaged and shipped. Specific time estimates will be given at the time a custom order or commission is accepted.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 

ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us here with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
